Cooper is available for adoption/foster/rescue. He is dog friendly, and would be best in a home with older kids due to the fact of him being nervous here at the shelter. He is good on leash, walks well, 1 years old, black/tan coloring. He knew how to open his own kennel, super smart & alert. He does have a bite on record, it was minor, neighbor reached over the fence and he jumped up and snipped the neighbors arm. That’s why we think he would do best with older kids or no kids. Cooper is eager to please and is waiting to meet you!
