Take a look at the sweetheart! Lady was an owner surrender from Camden who's world had changed and not for the better. She was dumped by her owner with a family member who was not prepared to handle this bundle of energy. Now in the GSRNJ program, Lady is getting the love, attention and training that she needs to go onto her next home.
Lady loves everyone that she meets, however she can be a bit enthusiastic and excited with her love. She is a big girl weighing in at 95.2 lbs. Our foster home has been teaching her some basic manners and commands which she is quickly picking up on. Due to her size and excitability we highly recommend a home with no young children. They may be accidentally bumped. Lady is very much treat motivated so continued training will be easy. She eagerly wants to please.
Lady has a very high prey drive so we recommend a home with no cats or small animals. And we are not sure of how she will be with other dogs quite yet. Lady went into heat shortly after she went into her foster home so her exposure to other dogs is very limited. This was fortunate as someone could have used her for breeding had they realized this. Lady has an appointment to be spayed at People for Animals and will not be available for adoption until then. She is up-to-date on all her vaccines.
