You acknowledge that all of the information contained in this application is true and accurate to the best of your ability. Any misrepresentations of fact may result in the removal of the adopted dog by German Shepherd Rescue of New Jersey, Inc.
You understand that an adoption contract is part of the adoption process and will be enforced. Once a dog is adopted, if it is found to be neglected or abused, German Shepherd Rescue of New Jersey, Inc. reserves the right to reclaim the dog at any time.
Application does not guarantee approval and adoption. German Shepherd Rescue of New Jersey, Inc. is an all volunteer organization who makes every effort to process applications in a timely manner.
