Introducing Kirby!

Kirby is a stunning, sweet, ~10-month-old, neutered German Shepherd who was brought to the Toms River Shelter and was rescued by us. Kirby had been living mostly outside with another female dog . He was starving and is now ready for his forever family.

Kirby is energetic, is learning basic obedience skills, and passed his temperament test with flying colors. He needs to learn some puppy play etiquette with other dogs but has no toy, treat, or food issues with people or dogs. He is best with slightly older kids due to his energy level. He needs some help with potty training and is a quick learner. We do not know how he would be with cats.

He is being fostered in a wonderful boarding facility at K Street Group K9 Training & Boarding Academy in Pittstown, N. J. We also thank German Shepherd Rescue of New Jersey in Pennington, NJ for helping us to crosspost him on your website.
